I voted for Miss SC, but I gotta tell you... it is painful for me watch. When you read a transcript it seems even more incoherant:

She starts so confident though, like she had rehearsed those three words over and over again. Then, she comes to the end of those three words and realizes that she has no clue what to say.
It's a bad question, to be fair. But there's alot of answers - amount of taxes going to schools, focusing on particular subjects instead of others, lack of highly motivated / highly skilled teachers, students don't take standardized tests seriously.

I got really behind & missed out on voting in a few rounds. I just watched Whistle Tips and I would laugh it it weren't so annoying and selfish.
