as in a house arrest ankle bracelet. Although, looking at it again, I noticed that particular player is also wearing mismatched socks (one with white on top of red (?) and one with red (?) on top of white. I am digging his socks too.
Yikes. I don't even know what to say. Apparently ball players are excused from their house arrest to play games. This guy is REALLY learning his lesson, isn't he?

josh - I think you can get one by being a first time offender. a felony might be too much, but a misdemeanor might do it
